The action strategy envisages a series of activities organised over a three-year period, geared to the achievement of the aims identified by the Consortiums as priorities in Italy and Germany.
From media relations to the organisation of press tours and encounters with journalists, to the creation of a campaign website, through to the design of promotional materials and informative sessions in schools and retail outlets, the three Consortiums and the Istituto di Valorizzazione aim to increase levels of recognition of European quality marks and heighten consumer awareness of their value in terms of food safety, traceability and nutritional and health aspects.
