The "European Authentic Pleasure" project involves intense media relations activities in Italy and Germany which will use press releases and coordinated interviews and initiatives to increase levels of recognition for the European quality marks and awareness of their value as a guarantee for the consumer.
In particular, the programme includes targeted actions for the German press: the organisation of incoming journalists and bloggers in the sector, with the aim of giving opinion leaders the opportunity to get to know Italian cured meats in depth, and the organisation of press dinners in Germany in collaboration with the JRE association - Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe.
