Cookery Schools in Italy

The campaign envisages involving students of professional catering colleges, with a total of twenty schools all over Italy and approximately 600-700 young people every year, in a national competition.

The aim of the initiative is to stimulate the creativity of the students, who will have to produce original, modern dishes that can demonstrate how the cured meats from the campaign can be consumed in different ways and throughout the year, in every part of the world.
